Shipments to our shop;
(1) all freight is to be labeled with your company name and your PO and/or job name on the outside of the box.....
(2) Each job must be sent in separate boxes.
(3) We DO NOT accept responsibility for counting goods or .checking packing slips on goods sent to us
(4) If we have to sort your goods, our charge is $15 per order.
(5) PO's are to specify colors based on our Ink Color Chart . There are simply too many variations of

for this example, we’re creating a design for (fictitious) Harvard High School (basketball tigers)..school colors=red, gray & royal blue…..If you'll follow each step below, it will help you begin designing in no time!
I scrolled through a few templates and in mascots I found an overall layout I like (Martin High Cardinals) and
clicked to bring into the Design Studio… The Cardinal design is the original template modified in Design Studio.
The Harvard design is the finished (vectorized) art - color separated in Design Studio and ready to send to your screen
printer--hopefully us!

1) I deleted the Cardinal, then chose artwork>clipart and entered “basketball” in the search window. I scrolled
down until I found the basketball art you see in the design (at bottom of this pageoriginally orange)
and replaced the cardinal art with the basketball art.
2) Next, I replaced Martin High with Harvard, Cardinals with Basketball and Seniors with Tigers--and created 2
color text for all
From the school website (in this case Google images) I downloaded the school logo...Now this is really cool-
(go to harvard google to see original raster (non vector) art)
3) I chose “upload image” and navigated to the downloaded Harvard logo on my computer. From the upload
image window, I chose “from computer” and clicked on my saved Harvard art...Now the cool part. I modified
the existing colors (crimson, black and white) using 2 of the colors used in our layout (russell cardinal
& lt. royal)
In the upload image area, I clicked on the bottom white background to remove and also checked the “remove
white background choice at top of page. Next, I indicated I wanted 2 colors in my design and clicked continue.
For the white, I choose Lt. royal and for the red, I chose Russell cardinal
4) Next I moved things around and resized to fit my taste…...The basketball was moved behind the text by
using the “layers” choice at top of page. The up arrow moves image to the back and down arrow to the front.
I gave outlines to all the text, using the 3 colors in our design.
***** There are many other options available to modify your design *****
* Distress effects- to give that old and weathered look to the design
* Select all; you have these choices
Wrench tool; top right= modify the text, flip horizontal, flip vertical
Circle tool; middle top= turn the design from horizontal
5) Save your design---Save and share page= name your design so I can find it
6) Once your design has been saved; See on the save and share page;

message= anything you want us to know about the design
7) This is the only bumpy part; you’ll need to follow that email with another “regular” email with;
sent to= paul.edwards@signaturesx.com or art@signaturesx.com
subject line= (company name) art sent to you
This is because our test emails have been going to my spam box and it may take a few art runs
from you to get this fixed.
8) Once we receive your emails, we’ll email your art to you. This could take a couple of hours.

day!
PLACING AN ORDER-Procedure
1) Call or email with questions (see info at top of page)
2) When you're satisfied with the content of the order, we'll send your payment total
3) When you're satisfied with the payment total, fill out our "ready to order" form
4) Payment: fill out the credit card info on the "ready to order" form.
........This form is what gets your order moving.
5) Once we receive the form, we'll send a sales order for you to check to be sure all is correct.
........The sales order will contain; sizes, shipping info, colors, etc. It's your responsibility
........to be sure all is correct.
6) At this point, we schedule your order for production.
7) Proof: We'll send a proof in 2-4 days. We will not produce the order until you have approved &
.......signed off on the proof.
8) Shipping; We'll ship according to the approximate ship date or specified deadline date
9) Deadlines; Be sure you let us know if you need by a specific date
10) Order Turnaround time- approximately 10-12 working days depending on our workload
